Exchange and Returns Policy

We want St George members and fans to be 100% satisfied with our products. However, from time to time, things can go wrong. So if you should ever need to return a product for any reason, please note our exchange and return policy guidelines:

All items returned for any reason must be in good condition, unused and in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery by e-mail to [email protected] along with a Return Authorisation Form (RAF). We will then e-mail you with a Return Authorisation Number; there is a provision for this number on the RAF form. Please print this form when complete and include with the returned items.

Additional charges (Exchanges/Returns):

Defective Items: No additional charges apply. We will organise a collection on your behalf and replace the original item.

Incorrect Shipment: No additional charges apply. If we have sent the incorrect style, colour or size based on your order or if we have failed to deliver your entire order and items were in stock, we will gladly correct your order and fulfil at no additional charge.

Exchanges:  If you wish to exchange a product you ordered for a different size, colour or style:

  1. Complete the RAF , and e-mail to [email protected], we will then issue you a return authorisation number. Please write this number onto the RAF.
  2. Return the item(s) to us along with the completed RAF using a carrier of your choice but be sure to use a service that is traceable and keep your consignment note number for reference.
  3. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will credit your account and notify you.
  4. Reorder correct size, colour, or style.

Please note that restocking and freight charges may apply in this instance so please use care as it is sometimes possible that the cost to return the item could be greater than the cost to keep it and re-order a replacement. All exchanges must be for an equal or lesser value than the items returned.
