‘Good on you, bastards’ – former Socceroos coach Frank Arok was a pioneer of Australian football and one of a number of Hungarian immigrants who had an indelible influence on the game in this country. Broadcaster Les Murray felt that if Australia was to make its mark on the world stage, they had to be good at football. St George Budapest was one such club that followed that ethos. These are their stories.
