Football Operations Manager John Klappas, speaking on behalf of the St George FC board, said: “It was a rigorous and thorough evaluation process to find the right candidate who fit the profile we envisioned: an up-and-coming young coach, who is ambitious, current and open minded. As we embark on the new era of St George FC, we wanted someone ready to thrive in a team environment and embrace the shared vision and goals of the football club. Fabian epitomises this profile and I look forward to working closely with him and our senior coaching staff.”
Fabian is aligned with this shared vision for St George FC, which is to create pathways and opportunities for developing players. He is passionate about transitioning players from our youth teams into the first team, believing that success lies in developing these young talents. Fabian is committed to assisting the club in developing strategies that focus on key elements such as skill, mental strength, and football intelligence on the pitch.
We welcome Fabian to our St George family and wish him every success.
