St George Women U20 win Grand Final!

Our League One Women’s Under 20s team produced one of the results of the season when they defeated Premiers Northbridge Bulls in the Grand Final on Sunday, September 25th, 2022. The 3-0 victory was an absolutely outstanding result against a Northbridge side who had remained undefeated all season, and had taken out the title with a record of 27-3-0.

As if that wasn’t an indication of form and quality, the Bulls’ For and Against tally of 114-13 gives an indication of how phenomenal the final score was on the weekend. Paris Alcorn gave the Saints a half time lead with Jordan Baker and Kyla Vanderlaan, who claimed the FNSW Under 20s Golden Boot award just two night prior, both scoring during the second half to round out the win. This was a tremendous squad effort and kudos goes to everyone involved for such a Championship winning result.
