St George FC Players Support Men’s Mental Health And Well Being Movember Initiative

Four players from St George FC – Evan Souris, Nicholas Kalogerou, Jayden Seeto and new signing Sebastian La-Luz participated recently in a 45 minute “workout” at the Ramsgate Gym of a new club sponsor C3 Training.

Harrison Farrow was also there providing “moral support” -he was injured and unable to participate.

The “demanding” 45-minute session involved taking turns on the ski machine, the rowing machine and the exercise bike.

In between the players did dumb bell movements including bench presses, lateral raises and lunges.

As well, there were barbell movements including back squirts and bench presses.

Showing support for men’s health is C3 Training’s biggest Charity Event of the year.

Evan Souris enjoyed the 45-minute workout.

“It was a lot of fun, a great bonding session encouraging each other throughout the workout.

It was harder than I thought it would be- more difficult than I expected.”

The event is designed to change the face of men’s health on a global scale -focusing on mental health.

It is a great initiative according to Evan Souris.

“Men’s Health combining it with a sporting activity is a smart initiative – bringing mental and physical health together.”

Movember is the “hairiest” month of the year, with moustaches making waves for men’s health.

Mo’s were supplied for the event with donations going directly to the Movember cause. Participants received a pair of Movember socks.

C3 Training Head of Operations and Franchiser Nico Guerrero was delighted with the outcome

“On an unforgettable day at C3 Training, we came together not just to raise over $4,000 collectively for Movember, but to celebrate community, camaraderie, and the spirit of giving.

With laughter, music and a shared purpose, we made a real difference while creating lasting memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us in this important cause.”

St George FC is “delighted” to have C3 Training as a sponsor, especially given their pro-active approach to Men’s Health and Well Being.

The players have had their first experience of using the excellent facilities of C3 Training and they are looking forward to coming back to the gym during the 2026 season.

In conclusion, St George FC would like to thank Nico Guerrero and C3 for both the opportunity to participate in such an important cause, and also their Sponsorship support in 2026.
