St George Fc Honoring The Past And Shaping The Future

At half time of each of the last three Men’s NPL matches St George FC has been showcasing the future stars of the club.

The Junior Development Program is all about nurturing young talent, building skills and fostering a love of the game.

During half time in the previous three home matches, the club’s Under 9, 10 and 11 Boys stepped on to the big stage to show what they have been working on in training and now, in matches.

There were no stoppages, unless for injury.

Quick substitutions were allowed.

The boys played 2 five-minute halves.

The Under 12’s will showcase their skills in the coming weeks.

All players are in full kit (club jersey’s, shorts and shin guards)

The boys have really enjoyed the opportunity to play and St George FC is about encouraging and supporting our players from Junior Development upwards to First Grade in both the Men and Women Programs.

May 2nd will feature for the first time this season our Junior Girls Development Program under the guidance of Technical Director Theodora Fokas.

Con Pavlidis the club’s Junior Technical Director and Convenor James Emmanouil have been the driving forces in showcasing the Boys Junior Development Program together with their Coaches, Team Managers and Assistants.
